Recently named a “Rising Star of 2022” by Asian Legal Business (ALB), and recommended by both World Trademark Review (WTR) and Legal500, Tanya splits her time between litigation, brand protection and trademark enforcement. She supervises anti-counterfeiting actions as well as customs (IP) seizures and regularly argues matters before courts and tribunals. She works extensively on issues concerning intermediary liability and advertising laws.

Tanya trains Customs and law enforcement on IP issues in collaboration with CIPAM/ DIPP, Government of India and with REACT. She chaired the INTA’s South Asia Anti- Counterfeiting Sub Committee during the term 2020-2021.
