Managing Associate

Rohan is a Managing Associate in the Litigation and Enforcement team. He focuses on several aspects of brand protection for a number of global leaders in the technology, healthcare, energy and sports and gaming industries, with expertise in trademark and copyright litigation. He regularly appears in Court in contentious matters and also negotiates settlements and pursues alternate dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation. He also assists his clients in carrying out local commissions throughout India.
