Junior Lawyer

Danah is a junior lawyer that works in legal matters relating to civil and commercial laws. She is involved in drafting legal opinions and due diligence reports for international and local entities.  She also has experience in drafting and reviewing different types of agreements. She assists in researching case laws, statutes and codes and developing and building case strategies in litigation and arbitration. She handles registrations and relationships with the official government entities and the Courts, prepares trial documents and assists in many legal responsibilities.
