Lada Ćustić renders legal services to clients in the banking sector. Her scope of work includes the placement of financial products to debt collection by settlement, enforcement, civil litigation, and pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings.

A significant part of Lada’s work contains transaction sales and purchases of NPL portfolios, as well as projects of restructuring and refinancing debtors, which includes the performance of due diligence procedures and drafting of project documents.
