Ana Crnković provides legal support to companies in their daily operations, such a contract drafting, drafting of general terms and conditions, internal by-laws, preparation of decisions of corporate bodies.

Her expertise also includes the area of labour and employment relations where she acquired significant experience and knowledge in drafting employment by-law and other internal regulation, employment contracts, manager’s contracts, preparing redundancy support plans and employee incentive programs. Ana also takes parti n collective bargaining and represents clients in individual and collective employment disputes, as well as in other litigation proceedings.

In addition, Ana has considerable experience in food industry, based on her continuous and extensive legal support provided to producers and distributors of food and agricultural products, as well as in real estate projects.

Ana also renders legal services in protection of intellectual property rights and is an authorized trademark representative.
