Lawyer from the Externado University of Colombia, Professor and researcher at the Department of Administrative Law of the Externado University of Colombia, has written various publications in the area of Administrative Law, concerning: fundamentals, Public Services and State contracting. Sergio Alejandro Chemás specialized in Administrative and Public Law at the Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas University, Paris-France (2017) and completed his Master's Degree in Comparative Law at the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University (2018) in Paris - France. In 2019, earned his LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in USA and received as well, the Certificate in Business and Law from the Wharton School at the same university. Mr. Chemás is currently awaiting his oath at the New York Bar Association.
