Sergio Alejandro Chemás has more than 10 years of professional experience in the department of Litigation and Arbitration regarding Administrative Law, public procurement and concession contracts, commenced in the field of energy, infrastructure, telecommunications and Public Conveniences..

From his beginnings as an assistant at Chemás & Asociados and especially now, upon his return from studying abroad, Mr.Chemás has proven to be an integral part of the Chemás & Asociados team.

He has been actively working at the firm since 2012 and is Junior Partner of the Chemás & Associados office since 2019.

Sergio Alejandro Chemás specialized in Administrative and Public Law at the Paris 2 Pantheon-Assas University, Paris-France (2017) and completed his Master's Degree in Comparative Law at the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University (2018) in Paris - France. In 2019, earned his LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in USA and received as well, the Certificate in Business and Law from the Wharton School at the same university. Mr. Chemás is currently awaiting his oath at the New York Bar Association.
