Career

Carlos Vera has more than six years of experience in the area of Litigation and Private Arbitration at Chemás & Asociados,  Litigation and Arbitration practice, particularly in matters related to Public and Private Procurement, Administrative Law and Concession Contracts in the areas of energy and infrastructure. Linked to this firm since 2016.

From his beginnings as a legal assistant and currently as a junior lawyer, Mr. Vera has proven to be an integral part of the team of Chemas & Associates.

Lawyer from the Universidad Libre de Colombia, Carlos Daniel Vera has participated in study groups such as: Economy and Conflict and the Universidad Libre’s Study Center of Human Rights. Likewise, has received multiple Diplomas such as 'La Paz en el Territory: An Opportunity for Social Inclusion' from the Universidad Libre along with the Complutense University of Madrid and the Organization of Ibero-American States and 'Acción Ca Paz' of the Higher School of Public Administration – ESAP.
