Agriculture

Position

I’m a Senior Associate in the Agriculture team, having qualified into the sector in 2014.

I specialise in all aspects of contentious agricultural work but with a particular focus on agricultural tenancies, farming partnerships and real property disputes. I have a keen interest in recovering possession of development land, succession, proprietary estoppel claims and advising on complex residential disputes, including regulated and protected tenancies.

Not only do I act for individuals and farming businesses, but also estate clients who are based nationwide.

From a junior lawyer I have been involved in some of the team’s most high profile cases at the cutting edge of the law. I have had vast experience acting in Court proceedings (up to the Court of Appeal and applications to the Supreme Court), Tribunal and Arbitration proceedings.

I have experience in drafting complex settlement documentation as well as drafting a wide range of deeds and agreements relating to the letting of land, succession planning and partnership agreements.
