Adam is a Partner and Barrister, with broad legal and practical experience, and a focus on delivering bespoke advice, strategic direction, and novel drafting, in cases and deals which involve complex interrelationships between diverse areas of law.
He works with interesting and progressive clients in a range of sectors, including agriculture, infrastructure, public service, and food and beverage.
He still appears in Court, before Arbitrators, and the Tribunals and particularly enjoys rent reviews, public law challenges, and cases which blend public law and private rights.
Adam also has a busy advisory practice, particularly advising rural arbitrators.
He was Chair of the Firm’s Litigators’ Committee for six years, during which time Adam redrafted retainers, wrote a number of policies, responded to consultations on behalf of the Firm, and delivered three conferences for 80 talented litigators.
