Senior Associate in BPE's Corporate team. Adam's clients range from local, national and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganisations, private equity investments and equity and capital markets transactions. 

Adam specialises in private equity, venture capital transactions and early stage fundraising. He has extensive experience within the renewable energy sector, assisting with all corporate aspects across all technologies, including on-shore wind, biomass, solar and energy storage. He has also acted for some of Europe’s leading renewable energy funds, including Next Energy Capital, Blackfinch Investment, Anesco and Rockfire Capital.

His clients range from owner managers through to global companies and private equity houses. Adam’s clients include Blackfinch Investment, Boultbee Finance Limited, Howard Tenens Limited and Hieta Technologies Limited.
