Ms. Aya Lotfy has nine (9) years’ experience, as a start in advocacy, where she started practicing corporate law and litigation since sophomore year, which helped to build up her knowledge of contract drafting, writing memorandums, and any other legal documents and consultations.

Relevantly, she conducts a broad range of transactions from concept to closing, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, real property lease and management agreements, master service agreements, shareholders agreements, supply and maintenance agreements, B2B and B2C terms and conditions, NDAs, advertising / media agreements, equipment management contracts, joint ventures, construction contracts, contractor and subcontractor agreements, and other transactional documents, ensuring that it is in the Clients’ interests.

In addition to, establishment of various legal entities and advise about the incorporation law and the entity’s structure and its governance. Ms. Aya Lotfy handles all corporate governance matters in regard to national and international entities.

She also manages and resolves complex compliance queries from clients and internal departments, providing detailed guidance and maintaining robust documentation to support regulatory inquiries and audits; Drafted critical legal documents; safeguarding client interests and ensuring contractual compliance.

In addition to, Led cross-functional collaborations with various departments for the national and international Companies, including but not limited to, Human Resources departments for employment matters and employment contract drafting as per the applicable laws, social Insurance management, providing strategic guidance on legal compliance, risk management, and policy development.

Moreover, she is reliable for all the licenses and permits needed of the Companies’ object as per the applicable laws and regulations, where she handles and supervise the representation of the Clients before governmental and non-governmental authorities such as GAFI, FRA, NOSI, GOEIC, ITDA, MCDR, and ETA.

From an administrative perspective, she supervises and evaluates the performance of paralegals and administrative personnel to guarantee adherence to top-tier standards.
