Associate

Yehia is a junior associate with Mazghouny & Co. He has experience in corporate transactional work, where he has assisted in legal due diligence exercises and participated in report and agreements drafting. As a core part of his role, he also handles general corporate work and assists with capital increases, loan capitalisations, shareholding and management restructurings, transfers of shares, the review of loan agreements and commercial contracts.

He worked across different industries in projects with a focus on energy, mineral resources as well as renewables and energy infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Yehia interned for 7 months at the legal department of Agence Française de Développement in Paris (France).
