Adelaide Benneh Prempeh is the Founder and Managing Partner of B&P ASSOCIATES. She holds dual qualifications as a Barrister of England & Wales, and a Barrister and Solicitor in Ghana, bringing extensive experience from both legal jurisdictions.

Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of sectors, focusing on areas such as Energy & Natural Resources, Construction and Infrastructure, Project Finance & Development, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Financial Markets, Corporate and Cross-Border Transactions, Restructuring & Insolvency, Employment & Immigration, and International Family Law.

She has provided her services to multinational companies operating in the petroleum, energy, and mining sectors, as well as corporations involved in domestic or multi-jurisdictional restructurings.

Adelaide is also an appointed Lecturer at the Ghana School of Law and serves as a Legal Consultant to the World Bank Group on Ghana’s Investment and Insolvency regime. Adelaide's influence extends beyond Ghana as an elected Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). She also acts as Company Secretary on the Boards of various Ghanaian companies.

Adelaide enjoys a reputation as a thought leader and is often invited to speak at Conferences and events on topics, on a range of topics including Project Finance and Infrastructural Development, Insolvency Law, Construction Law, Labour Law, Technology Transfer and International Family Law.

As part of her endeavors, Adelaide contributes legal support and insight as an appointed International Finance Corporation (IFC) Insolvency Consultant, focusing on Ghana's insolvency and restructuring regime, particularly in implementing the Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Act (CIRA), 2020 (Act 1015). Her contributions include extensive reviews of Ghana's Insolvency Laws, Draft Regulations, the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA) Bill, and facilitating training and workshops in this domain
