She has been advising on high-profile acquisitions, mergers, de-mergers, business transfers, joint ventures, and sophisticated energy sector transactions. Recognized for her innovative approach to corporate restructuring, she has successfully structured complex projects, including spin-offs involving the Romanian State and the implementation of strategic corporate schemes to optimize shareholder structures.

Beyond transactional work, Laura has also coordinated high-stakes litigation cases against minority shareholders and former management, securing favorable outcomes for the firm’s clients.
