Başak Aygün Aykut specializes in all areas of corporate law. She provides legal advice in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and general corporate law. She is involved in merger and acquisition projects as well as working in due diligence processes.

She also works on information technologies, personal data protection law and compliance with the relevant legislation. She manages data protection compliance projects and provides legal consultancy in accordance with the business processes of companies.
