Career

Adv. Nir Milshtein is a partner and manages the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Department.

Nir specializes in commercial law with an emphasis on complex commercial litigation and serves as Co-head of the Commercial Litigation Department alongside Adv. Nir Sabarov.

Nir represents parties in all legal courts, including in arbitration and mediation proceedings, various commercial, private and public bodies - in all areas of civil-commercial-administrative litigation.

Nir has over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial litigation and handling complex disputes for Israeli and international clients in all courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.

Nir has recognized and valued expertise in managing complex legal proceedings in the areas of economic law, including shareholder disputes, class actions, derivative claims, lawsuits against directors, corporate officers and consultants, developer lawsuits - contractors, contractual disputes, disputes in infrastructure and projects, disputes in purchase groups, disputes between manufacturer and distributor, as well as matters related to tenders, administrative petitions, estates, and more.

As part of his activities, Nir provides ongoing guidance and advises the Firm's clients, including in the stages prior to legal proceedings.

Nir's clients include large entities in Israel and abroad, including public companies, government ministries, government corporations, municipal corporations, financial institutions, accounting firms, economic and other consultants, directors, officers and shareholders, importers, purchasing groups, insurance companies, contractors, foreign companies and more.
