Adv. Dudu Ben Yaish is a partner and manages the Capital Markets Department.

Dudu specializes in corporate and securities law and is responsible for hundreds of prospectuses, including initial public offerings, secondary issues and debt raising.

As part of his activities, Dudu regularly accompanies public companies in various areas of practice, including with regard to the regulation applicable to public companies and the management of discussions between them and authorities and regulatory bodies.

Dudu has extensive experience in local and international transactions of mergers and acquisitions, debt settlements and delisting companies from trade on the stock exchange.

In addition, Dudu regularly advises public companies, whose shares are traded in Israel and abroad, in all corporate, reporting and securities aspects.

Dudu's clients include companies from various fields, including industry, real estate, sheltered housing and the life sciences.
