Adv. Erez Yosef is a partner in the Capital Markets Department.

Erez is an expert in commercial law and securities.

Erez provides legal guidance and counsel in the field of commercial law, securities law and corporate law. In addition, he specializes in drafting various commercial agreements and providing ongoing services to private and public companies, including transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex legal issues in this field.

In addition, Erez has extensive experience in insolvency and debt settlements and related aspects, including expertise in the field of corporate responsibility and leading processes of debt settlements and insolvency proceedings (liquidation, receivership and stay of proceedings).
