Att. Sertel Şıracı, giving lecture on the topic of “Information Technologies and Law” in information technology law master program at Bahçeşehir University and "Information Technologies and Intellectual Property Law” in information technology law master program at Aydin University. He is also trademark and patent attorney and authorised mediator.

He is former head of Istanbul Bar Association IT Law Commission, founding member of Open Data and Technology Association, E-commerce and Internet Law Association and Data Protection Association.
