Oğuzcan DOZCAN has been working as a senior legal associate since 2019. He joined SCH Law Firm in June, 2016. He is having active role in consulting multinational and local clients on various types of commercial and corporate transactions including company establishment (both domestic and foreign), liaison office establishment, time extension and closing, general assembly meetings, change in kind, address change and drafting shareholder agreements, capital increase, capital decrease, conducting share transfers, accounting year changes, branch openings/closings. He is also providing consultancy services in the areas of labour law, law of obligations, and contracts law. He is fluent in English.
