Turhan Batuhan Tuncel has experience on competition law matters. He is involved and conducted a lot of competition law related work including reconciliation and commitment applications and investigations. He has also worked on complex investigation defence works, filings and individual exemption applications. He is also involved in conducting competition compliance programs and providing day-to-day advice, including delivering legal memorandums concerning highly sophisticated competition law related matters.

Batuhan also specializes in contract law, commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters on a daily basis. He is experienced in the preparation of legal due diligence reports, the drafting of commercial transaction documents, as well as the delivery of legal opinions in each step of M&A transactions, including but not limited to SHAs, SPAs, LoIs, and Joint Ventures.
