consultancy to one of the largest construction companies in the restructuring of bad debts in the value of over EUR 500,000,000; legal advice to debtors in the field of corporate loans of the syndicate of Slovak banks; defending one of the largest companies operating in the ICT sector in lawsuits for damages and negotiating an out-of-court settlement worth EUR 110,000,000; consultancy in connection with the recovery of receivables from export credit; M&A transactions in the real estate sector (buyer and seller side); consulting of a private equity company in connection with the sale of its business part in the healthcare sector, one of the largest private equity groups in Slovakia (seller's side); advising investee companies in M&A transactions (buyer's side - total combined value of EUR 700,000,000); representation of clients in civil courts and international arbitrations; consultancy to one of the largest traders in Slovakia in the field of EFET contracts; advisory services to clients in matters of economic competition; consultancy to subcontractors of the concessionaire in the PPP project "R1 - Pribina"; consultancy to creditor financing PPP project “D4/R7 bypass”; alternative investments funds advisory to AIF managers managing funds with total capital commitments of EUR 200,000,000; development of new residential areas on the green fields; consultancy for pharmaceutical companies; representation of various clients before the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic in merger control and antitrust; representation of clients at the courts in damages claims out of anti-competitive behaviour; state aid consultations on applicability of state aid frameworks at Antimonopoly Office or the European Commission.
