Mr Vall has a strong practice and extensive experience with various types of legal-services-related projects as follows:

legal advisory services to foreign and Slovak investment funds on the management of investments and divestments with a total volume of over EUR 300M - years 2017 to 2021; legal advisory services to investors of foreign and Slovak investment funds on the exercise of shareholder rights and claims – 2017 to 2021; legal advisory services to the buyer on the acquisition of a multinational network of the fast food restaurant chain – 2021. legal advisory services on preparing a development project for constructing family houses worth over 20M EUR – 2020. legal advisory services to an international non-bank financial services company in an administrative action against the National Bank of Slovakia – 2019. legal advisory services to an international non-bank financial services company in representing more than 800 consumer lawsuits – 2019. legal representation of clients in pre-trial hearings and court proceedings – 2015 to 2021.
