legal advisory services on all phases of the implementation of various power supply projects such as preparation, construction, operation, and maintenance (wind power plants, photovoltaic power plants, combined production of electricity and heat, battery storage) - including all administrative procedures and complex contractual agenda; representation of clients before the Regulatory Office for Network Industries - pricing procedure, permits, administrative offences; comprehensive legal advisory services to electricity and gas traders on EFET contracts; setting up contractual relations for electricity and gas traders and suppliers (model contracts, commercial terms and conditions, setting up internal processes at the trader/supplier); legal representation of shareholders in investments in various power supply projects abroad – legal representation of foreign shareholders in investments in various power supply projects in Slovakia. comprehensive legal advisory services to local government – assistance in multiple types of administrative proceedings and investment projects; PRO BONO: closing of the case of "Maják nádeje" (lit. translation: Bratislava's Beacon of Hope) – a facility for abused women and their children – saving a building in the centre of Bratislava from fraudsters and bankruptcy and preserving it legally for further use by the public.
