Gert-Jan is partner of the firm and is specialised in (legal) due diligence, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestments. He advises both corporates as well as private equity clients on buy- and sell side mandates as well as general corporate and commercial (contracting) matters. With a background in both private practice as well as in-house, Gert-Jan not only gained valuable experience in drafting high-value critical commercial contracts but is also aware of the wider (commercial) ramifications of his legal advice. Gert-Jan is a trusted advisor of various internationally operating private equity houses as well as board members and founders.

Gert-Jan previously worked at AKD,  BakerMcKenzie and Deloitte Legal as well as APM Terminals (Maersk) and joined HSA Lawyers as partner in 2020.
