Gudrun is a senior associate with over 25 years of work experience and specialises in employment due diligence and advises on a wide range of employment law topics, including corporate law aspects of employment law and litigation (such as with regard to managing directors, employee participation, drafting/assessing employment law-related documents, dismissal procedures and reorganisations).
