Position
Jan Willem joined HSA Lawyers in 2022 as an associate and specializes in corporate law, due diligence projects, and (private equity) mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining HSA Lawyers, Jan Willem worked for Rabobank Nederland and a medium-sized law firm, where he gained extensive experience advising clients on international contracts, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Jan Willem has been regularly appointed as a trustee in bankruptcies.
