Kathelijne is a senior associate in the field of commercial contracts. She drafts and advises on all types of commercial contracts, such as distribution contracts, agency contracts, ICT contracts covering licensing, software as a service (SaaS) and cloud contracts on data exchange and contracts for all kinds of services and collaborations. In addition, she advises and litigates on commercial disputes, such as post-closing M&A disputes and disputes on non-conformity, the enforcement of contractual clauses and the termination of commercial contracts.
