Ibrahim Hanifeh is a very highly qualified lawyer with a varied range of experience in commercial, litigation, real estate, banking, insurance and private client work within the UAE and Middle East.

With close to 15 years of industry experience Ibrahim is a UAE resident and is listed as legal consultant in Dubai Ruler’s court.

His expertise lies in contract negotiations and review, licensing, consulting, litigation, risk management, creative problem solving, cross functional team leadership along with policy/ procedure development.

Ibrahim has comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience with complex contract drafting and negotiations, primarily in the high-tech industry including, hardware, software consulting and purchasing of various products agreements.

His expertise spans diverse areas of law including corporate, commercial, construction, real estate, arbitration and provision of litigation support.

He has also delivered presentations to executive leadership regarding contract status and compliance. Ibrahim has drafted, and negotiated commercial equipment leases, loans, sale and purchase agreements involving both foreign and domestic transactions.

Ibrahim has consulted many contractors, subcontractors, developments and held senior management positions at Landmark Group, Tilal Properties, NMC Hospital and Sycamore Investment Group.

Performed various legal research, as needed, on matters involving negotiable instruments, privacy laws, employment laws, and other areas.

Assisted the firm in responding to client’s complaints along with small and big claim cases. He has also assembled, proofed and edited drafts of contracts, documents, leases, licenses and insurance policies. Filed legal documents with appropriate governmental and private entities. Advised clients on a range of real estate and commercial matters, including real estate developments, Islamic and non-Islamic finance. He has also represented a variety of clients including private and public entities, master developers, investors, and banking financial institutions.

Ibrahim has also advised clients on contentious as well as transactional matters including sale and purchase of high value real estate, joint ventures, property management arrangements, real estate finance, property litigation, corporate structuring and all aspects of project initiation.
