Irene has over nine (9) years of experience in corporate advisory, tax & investment, energy, mining, real estate & property matters. She has advised on and assisted with the structuring of various transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance matters, statutory and regulatory compliance as well as cross-border M&A transactions in diverse sectors including the telecommunications, banking and financial services, mining and tourism sectors.

She currently serves as the group head for the firm’s SME practice area and also co-ordinates the activities of ABD’s related company ABD Consulting, a consulting firm focused on Africa project origination, project development and related advisory services.
