Antoinette has over eight (8) years’ experience in corporate transactions, energy, and the extractives industries. She represents clients in oil & gas project advisory, energy, mining, mergers & acquisitions, corporate & finance, and regulatory compliance. She has worked on various energy, oil and gas and cross-border M&A transactions, including joint venture and local content matters in these sectors.  Antoinette also has experience in advising clients on various real estate transactions including negotiation support and transactions for the acquisition of property.

Antoinette serves as the chairperson of the Firm’s Junior Management Team.
