Kwadwo has over eight years of experience in the areas of Dispute Resolution (with emphasis on commercial litigation and arbitration), construction and infrastructure projects, government business and legislative reform. He has also advised on energy projects and procurement. Kwadwo played a key role in the drafting of the Land Use and Spatial Planning Act, 2016, the law that regulates spatial planning in Ghana.

Kwadwo is the Chairperson of the firm’s Life at Work Committee which promotes work-life balance and work place satisfaction.
