Data & Technology Innovation

At Lexia, Aurora is the head of the Data & Technology Innovation team and has been a Counsel since 2023. She is a member of the Milan Bar Association and of the special register of Supreme Courts and Higher Jurisdictions.

Aurora advises clients in all fields of IT, IP and new technology law, with extensive expertise in data protection and privacy aspects. Her practice focuses on compliance actions, such as GDPR-required procedures and documentation, assessment of legal basis for processing, digital compliance (i.e cookies), privacy policies, responses to complaints, and exercise of rights, cross-border data transfers.

She has also gained significant experience in e-commerce platforms, online applications, cloud-based, and outsourcing services, and has spent time in secondment at one of the largest payment system operators in Europe.
