Lawyer

Francesco specializes in financial services and corporate law.

He has gained experience in assisting banks and other regulated entities, both Italian and international. He has provided advice on a variety of regulatory issues, including authorization and organization of banks, financial intermediaries and insurance companies, as well as M&A transactions.

Before joining Lener & Partners, he worked in the Financial Services department of a multinational professional services network, being also seconded to the Brussels office for a three-month period.

He graduated in law (J.D., summa cum laude) from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. As an undergraduate, he attended the Erasmus program at the University of Leiden (the Netherlands).

A native Italian speaker, he speaks English and has basic knowledge of French.
