Sofia specialises in civil and commercial litigation.

She has gained experience in assisting in the areas of contract law, commercial law and company law, with a focus on corporate restructuring.

She graduated in law (J.D., summa cum laude) from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and, as an undergraduate, she attended the Erasmus program at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver (Canada).

She is a PhD Candidate at the University of Tuscia in Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law, focusing on issues related to artificial intelligence and personal data protection. She is Assistant Professor in Private Law at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and at Rome Second University “Tor Vergata”.

Her mother tongue is Italian, she is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of French, Spanish and German.
