Daniel Raun’s practice focuses on M&A and capital market transactions. He also advises companies on corporate and securities laws, including Corporate Governance, as well as employment law matters, particularly with respect to executive employment and compensation.

Prior to joining Advestra, Daniel Raun was an associate at a leading Swiss law firm from 2011 to 2018 before he was made partner in 2019.
