In the firm, Gerald is responsible for the ongoing management of prosecution of many patent applications of Israeli and foreign clients. His fields of expertise include, among others, chemistry, biology, medical devices and mechanical engineering.

Gerald is an experienced, bilingual (Hebrew and English) advocate and patent attorney, with deep knowledge and proven abilities in prosecution of inventions and patent applications, as well as addressing legal advice concerning patent law. 

He has extensive experience and knowledge on matters of application filing, reinstatement of patent applications, disclosure requirements, and other requirements of the patent statute in Israel and abroad.

Being a patent and a law attorney, Gerald is in an excellent position to counsel on patent law and practice, infringement issues, and freedom to operate opinions.
