Adnan Akgün provides consultancy services to companies with nearly 20 years of experience in Competition Law and Practices.

After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Adnan started his career as an Expert in Competition Authority. After working for 9 years as an expert, Adnan started to work as Investigation Management Unit Manager at Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş, and managed the processes related to the examination / preliminary investigations and investigations carried out about Turkcell and its group companies. Subsequently, Adnan was appointed as Compliance Management Manager within the same company, and planned, designed and managed the legal compliance process, and reported to the Company’s senior management, which has a primary impact on the financials of Turkcell and its group companies. Adnan is also acting as a consultant to TOBB (The union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey) E-Commerce Council at present.
