Before joining Branch Austin McCormick, Efrat trained and qualified in a law firm in the City. Prior to this, she gained experience in immigration law in an OISC regulated law office.  She is a regular contributor to a Hebrew newspaper, Alondon.

Israeli Bar Association (unpaid member)

Efrat has substantial experience in all UK immigration matters and has been dealing with complex business related matters, UK nationality law and high-profile immigration cases since she started her practice in this field in January 2016.

She has significant experience dealing with business clients, as well as asylum seekers and vulnerable individuals. She acts for EEA nationals and other nationals from all over the world such as Pakistan, India, Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, UAE, USA, Canada, Yemen and Israel.

Efrat qualified as a solicitor in 2020.

Efrat holds an LLM (specialising in international law and human rights) from the Institute of Comparative Law, McGill University, Montreal, Canada. She completed  LL.B with a minor in Political Science from the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Centre, Israel.

Efrat completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (with Commendation) at BPP University.
