I was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Australia in 2015. Since that time, I have worked in prominent firms in Australia, practising mainly in corporate and commercial law.

A summary of my career and admissions is below:

Associate (admitted in Australia), Branch Austin McCormick LLP (London, England)- Sept 2023 to present

Working in mainly corporate advisory matters including private mergers and acquisitions and due diligence support. I also assist with corporate governance and structuring advice for companies. In addition, I also practice commercial law, including advising and drafting on a range of commercial contracts and compliance with UK law.

Senior Associate, Holman Webb Lawyers (Sydney, Australia)- Sept 2022 to Sept 2023

I worked mainly on corporate transactional matters, including private mergers and acquisitions and assisted with advisory work in respect to corporate clients. These ranged from National Australian companies to international entities with subsidiaries in Australia. I also provided advice on competition issues and general commercial work.

Associate, Pigott Stinson Lawyers (Sydney, Australia)- August 2020 to August 2022

Mainly commercial and corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, advice on corporate governance matters and general commercial law advice. I also assisted with employment matters, mainly from the perspective of the employer.

Associate & solicitor, Etheringtons Solicitors (North Sydney, Australia)- October 2015 to August 2020

I assisted mainly in commercial and property law matters, including working on significant land disposals, development work, and merger and acquisition matters, alongside traditional property matters including leasing and conveyancing.

Since moving to the UK, I enjoy exploring London and travelling around England and Europe, particularly road trips where you get to pull in and explore the towns along the journey.

Back in Sydney, I enjoyed catching up with friends and family, and in the summer months snorkelling and scuba diving at my favourite spots around Sydney.

I am also a voracious reader and enjoy writing, watching movies and TV shows.
