Silvija focuses on debt collection and intellectual property protection. She is involved in a significant number of enforcement procedures where she is successfully representing Imlek AD one of Serbia’s largest companies. Her focus is also real-estate law and labor law.

During her career, she has advised clients on all areas of civil law. Her experience also includes representing some of the largest banks in the market and facilitating their day-to-day operations.

Silvija has particular knowledge of civil procedure and enforcement proceedings. She is involved in a large number of proceedings across the country.
