Career

Rindala is the founder and managing partner of the regional boutique law firm, Tribonian Law Advisors (“TLA”), specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. Prior to founding TLA, She was a partner at Vinson and Elkins and later a managing partner for the Middle East at Latham & Watkins.

Her practice focuses on mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity and a variety of corporate transactions. She was recommended by The Legal 500 for M&A in the UAE and ranked by Chambers Global as a leading lawyer for Business in Corporate/Commercial (UAE). She was also featured in “Those Who Inspire” (Lebanon edition) as one of top 59 inspiring people in Lebanon. Further, Rindala was featured in Financial News as one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Middle East Finance.

Education

Rindala earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. and L.L.M degrees in International Law from Duke University School of Law.
