Nikola is leading the firm’s employment and data protection practice areas.

Nikola is specialized for employment, immigration, health and safety issues and data protection issues. He also works on general commercial issues.

He advises companies and other types of organizations on all employment-related matters including workforce engagement and restructuring, complex downsizings, contentious situations, compensation and benefit schemes, immigration matters, occupation health and safety compliance, mobbing and whistleblowing.

Prior to joining Radovanović Stojanović & Partners, Nikola gained his extensive experience in a top-tier law firm and legal department of a Big Four firm in Serbia, where he advised clients from different industries on various employment, corporate, commercial, state aid and data protection matters.
