Founding Partner

Mesrop has many years of extensive experience in advising clients in matters of technology, telecommunications, public-private projects, and others. Prior to co-founding MB, Mesrop advised High Voltage Electric Networks, Ucom, and has held in-house managerial legal roles and managed legal functions at Foundation for Armenian Science and Technology (FAST), and IDeA Foundation. Mesrop has also served as General Counsel for OneDapp, a technology company based in Shanghai.

Since 2016 he has been teaching corporate and transactional law courses at the American University of Armenia.

He holds law degrees from the University of Cambridge (LL.M.), American University of Armenia (LL.M.), Yerevan State University (Bachelor of Jurisprudence) and is fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English.
