Ratka Seka Strugar during 2020 joined to the JMV Law Office as a manager of Office and recently she started as Attorney at Law in the same Office. Ratka has extensive legal experience.

She was an intern in High Court in Podgorica, legal advisor at Secretariat for Legislation in the Government of Montenegro, Secretary of the Company at Crnogorski Telekom a.d., advisor to the minister at Ministry of Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection and Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Deputy Minister at Ministry of Information Society and Telecommunications and General Director of Directorate at Ministry of Economy in the Government of Montenegro.
