Carla is a partner working in the M&A and Corporate practices at FAS Advogados. With 20 years of experience, she works in the business area, with an emphasis on corporate law and M&A. She has an extensive experience in M&A processes, working both on sell-side and buy-side transactions, as well as in corporate reorganizations and investments in several economy sectors. She graduated in Pontifícia Universidade Católica, Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO) and holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro.
