Juliana Porchat leads the Tax Planning, Transactional and International Operations area at FAS Advogados. With extensive professional experience in Tax law and a career in renowned law firms and Big Four, Juliana has participated in several M&A operations and corporate reorganizations and was the leader of global tax reorganization projects for foreign and Brazilian multinationals.  She has a solid academic background in the Tax area, an MBA in Finance from the Else School of Management at Millsaps – USA, a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) São Paulo, Brazil.
