Marcio Lamonica leads the Civil and Commercial Law areas at FAS Advogados, having practices such as commercial agreements, consumer, TMC and real state as specialization. With more than 29 years of experience, he works as advisory directed at planning new business with national and international clients, as well as in relevant dispute resolution (in and out of courts – arbitrage -). He holds bachelor, Master’s, and PhD’s degrees in law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC) São Paulo, Brazil. He is the author of several publications and academic books.
