Roberto Scacchetti is a partner of the Dispute Resolution expertise at FAS Advogados in cooperation with CMS, representing domestic and international clients in civil and corporate litigation, dispute resolution, and crisis management. With expertise in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, he acts in judicial, arbitral, and extrajudicial disputes involving the sectors of energy, aviation, mining, construction, petrochemical, and insurance sectors, among others.

He also works to prevent and mitigate the impact of critical events on the client's business.
