Founding Partner

Caio Medici Madureira is one of the founding partners of Tortoro, Madureira e Ragazzi Advogados and also serves as the firm’s Managing Partner.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Estadual Paulista (Unesp), postgraduate specialisations in Civil Procedural Law from PUC/SP – COGEAE and in Business Law from the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP), and a Master’s degree in Labour Law from Faculdade de Direito do Largo São Francisco (USP/SP, 2025), Caio has extensive experience in managing and conducting cases involving the banking sector, including commercial banks, investment banks, and brokerage firms, as well as the food, gas, and tyre industries, and entities from the third sector and retail.

His professional background is marked by solid experience in the management and leadership of large law firms, with a strong focus on due diligence, risk management, and judicial portfolio provisioning. He is also responsible for drafting contracts and legal opinions, with broad expertise in both advisory and contentious matters, in civil and employment law.

Caio has significant experience in collective bargaining negotiations with trade unions and in matters involving the Public Labour Prosecutor’s Office, in addition to extensive practice in court hearings and oral submissions before the courts.
